Send Case Notifications from System Address - changing address
We have a customer account that is configured to use the system address for email notifications related to Case comments:
Set under Setup >> Customize >> Cases >> Support Settings
"Send Case Notifications from System Address" = checked.
... but the email address and company name that appears on the email notifications needs to be changed. Where in the blazes is this configured? I can't find it anywhere.

Hi,
Try for the below options:
Click Setup -> Email -> My Email Settings -> Try changing the Email name and Email Address there.
(Or)
Setup-> Admin Setup -> Email Administration -> Set the OrgWide Address.
You will receive an email to the address specified in the Org wide address. Click on the link to activate it.
One of the above methods should work.
