Does anyone know how to hide a section on the Opportunity pages?

We are not using the Products section at all and would like to hide it to make the page less cluttered.  Does anyone have any idea how to do this?

You should be able to remove the Products related list from the Opportunity Page Layout. I didn't have any issues removing it. Do you get an error message when you try to remove it?
