How to create a sandbox account?

Hi all,

Anyone can tell me how to create a sandbox account?

Are you using Unlimited Edition?  That is the only edition that currently comes with a sandbox included.  You can also purchase a sandbox if you have EE.

Sandboxes are now available/included with Enterprise Edition.
