delete contact and delete account button in Professional

I have a group on the SF Professional edition which does not allow changes to the SF user profiles. I am trying to prevent standard users from having delete priviledges. I have removed the delete button from the page layout, but that does not help the sys admins that need the ability to delete. All suggestions would be appreciated.
