How to deploy profiles using force.com?


Hi,

Can I use the force.com plugin to transfer profile changes?

yes,you can.
 
right click on project ans select deploy to server.sync repository said no. and give user name password for your deployment server and select item you want to deploy.

I have tried it; it says successful however none of the changes to the profiles are reflected.
