api basic question

on the enterprise edition

does each account have to be api enabled by an administrator?

or are they enabled automatically

Hello,

By default almost evrything is api enabled by default. Still some info are not available through the api(like Forecast, Campaign Member Status, Custom Objects Creation, Fields Creation...) as well as some operations

But for the account no limitations to my knowledge
