"Send An Email" - Set Default BCC Address

Hello,

 

Is there a way to set a default value for the BCC field, beyond your own email address? 

 

For example, we have a team alias (my.team@mycompany.com) we would like to always have the team alias in the BCC field by default.

You can set up "Compliance BCC Email" address which CCs that address for any outgoing email.

Thanks Anand;  unfortunately, that's not the solution we're looking for, as that will BCC all email, and we're really just after enforcing a BCC of Email Messages sent off the Case object.

I know this was a long time ago but I have the same requirement.  Were you able to add a default bcc to your outgoing emails in cases?
