Issues with offline version

Hi,

 

I am facing following Issues with the offline edition (Dev org) 

 

1. In offline Workflows does not work

2. Text of custom Child object of account gets displayed as hyperlink in the related list of account.

3. Could not display formula fields in the related list of Account from the custom object (child of Account)

4. Could not display the name of the other standard object like Product(lookup field of child object) in the related list of Account.

 

Is this problem specific to any org or it is same accross other orgs.

 

Please let me know if there is any solution for the above, or if it is a bug.
