MailMerge Not Working

Since the new release one of my clients can no longer mailmerge. I tested mailmerge functionality on a few other accounts and it worked fine. Basically what happens is MS Word never runs and the page goes back to the retURL. Anyone else having this issue?

if you disable the lock sessions to ip address - it should work - but please log a case with support.
