Changing display name

I by mistake didn't enter the display name correctly how do I change it

I am not clear on your question. Where do you want to change your display name?

If you are talking about the display name on the SF forums, then click on your display name which will navigate to a page where you can see My Settings and i think from there you can change it.

Sorry none of those options enabled me to change the username to this Force.com Discussion Boards

Looks like the username given once cannot be changed later.

Earlier username was allowed to be changed before a particular user exceeds the first 15 logins to force.com discussion boards.

Will be better if you check with Salesforce support.
