How to configure Lookup functionality

Hi

 

When transferring cases, how can we configure the Lookup functionality to show us only the members of certain Queue to whom the cases have to be transferred.

 

Right now, when we want to transfer the cases, the Lookup window is showing us all of the active users from different Queues.

 

Any ideas.

When trying to transfer ownership, it also gives the option to transfer to a queue.

If you have queues setup, select the queue option . The look up then should show you only queues.

 

Still, if you want to show only few users, you can customize your look up, by using "related look up filters" on that object.

Thanks for the response.

 

My requirement is when a Case is already in a Queue, and a member of the Queue wants to transfer the Case from the queue to one of the Queue member, the lookup should be able to show only the members of that particular Queue.

 

Also unfortunately we do not yet have "related look-up filters" functionality for the Case object.
