Setup ->Develop-> Sites (Sites is not visible)

Hi all,

 

I logged in with  with Developer account but could not get the option of sites under Setup->Develop.

I tried it with Developer Sandbox account too but could not get above mentioned option.

 

Please guide me.

For this i have to login with the account of Developer Edition.

I have an aacount but not able to login with it ..........

I am not able to login even with this link.

When i simply login to salesforce developer login with that username/password i get a welcome page that

'Welcome to Developers edition'

That is one of the proof that i have Developer edtion account.

But in case of above mentioned link i get error message
