Email2case set IsVisibleInCss to false by default

Hello,

We currently use email2case. We would like to have the IsVisibleInCss field (Visible in Self-Service Portal) set to false by default when a case is logged. Can anyone help me modify the code to set this value when the case is submitted?

You can change this default within the Self-Service Portal Setup settings. Just uncheck the “New Cases Visible in Self-Service Portal” checkbox to change the default to false.

Please note that the setting would apply to ALL NEW CASES, including cases created via Email-to-Case and Web-to-Case though.
