how do you enable BULK API????
When I make calls for a job, I keep getting the same error message over and over...
FeatureNotEnabled
The Bulk API is not enabled for this organization.
How do you enable bulk api? we have a enterprise license
According to help, it's on by default:
Any functionality described in this guide is available only if your organization has the Bulk API feature enabled. This feature is enabled by default for Unlimited, Enterprise, and Developer Editions.
Is the API Enabled permission enabled on your profile?

Yes, API is enabled in my system administrator profile.
The bulk api documentation says to contact a rep to get it turned on.
I called and they said it would take 4 hours... Where would you turn it off? do you have to call a rep for that?
Not that I want to do that, but I want to make sure it is turned on.
