Time-Delayed Outbound email triggers

2 questions relating to this functionality:

 

 -Can these be interrupted? (Email Opt out is checked)

 -Can these be tracked? (Deliverability, etc)

1. The Email Opt Out field will allow you to exclude marked contacts/leads from mass e-mail, not workflow emails.

 

2. An activity is not created when an email is sent out via workflow, but this is a helpful solution to track what's been sent. In terms of deliverability, you can monitor the queue or email logs.
