how many users can i create in parnter poral and let me know the features ?

HI, Can anyone tell me ,why we go to partner portal and how many developers can we create and let me know features of that ASAP.

To know how many partner portals you have :

Go to > Setup > Administration Setup > Company Profile > Company Information > There you can check how many total licenses you have for "Partner" in "User Licenses" section.
