Default Case Closed Notification sender

We are currently sending an email template notification when a case is closed, I would like it to be sent from an email address other than the case owner.  Please advise of ideas to accomplish this.

The only other option for that right now is noreply@salesforce.com.  You can get that by going to SEtup->Customize->Case->Support Settings and turning on Send Case Notifications from System Address.
