Mass Email Tool

Hi All -

 

We're currently using Exact Target as our mass email tool and like it.  Considering switching to a product called "Blue Hornet" and wanting to know if anyone has an opinion on how good (or not good) it is.

Blue Hornet are not integrated in the same way as ExactTarget are today, that would be one reason.

 

If they can pull data out directly from Salesforce into Blue Hornet for sending, and push the results back into your Salesforce instance it would be great. 

 

Otherwise you will have data across 2 different systems you need to manage.
