Whats the best way to create 50 user account ? Can I use Data loader?

I need to add 50 users to the system ,  whats the efficient way to  load.  Is Data Loader an option ?

Yes data loader is an option for adding multiple users. I have not tried it but I just checked whether data loader shows the User object for field mapping. It does.

 You can make use of Add Multiple Users button in Setup-- Manage Users-- Users.

 

Through Add Multiple Users button you can only add FirstName, LastName,Email(Username both same), Profile, Role details.
