Maahi,

That error normally appears when the record ID or page that you are trying to go to has an error in the address bar (essentially, you are trying to open a page that does not exist).  Having it happen on a pop-up seems pretty strange, unless you have overriden your page, or are trying to implement a custom lookup pop-up.  If that is the case, please ensure that the address you are going to does exist.

Ifyou are using the standard salesforce.com page and it is happening, can you please open up a support case and then respond to this post with the case number?  I can then go in and take a look to see what is happening.

If you do log a case, please also grant Access to salesforce.com support :

1. Click on: Setup | My Personal Information | Grant Login Access.
2. Locate the “Grant Login Access to salesforce.com Customer Support” area on the page.
3. In the “Access Expiration Date” field, enter a date at least 1 week in the future
4. Click "Save"

Hope this helps.

Jay

The section of the URL:

&dplp=%5Bnull%2C%22a0BO0000000NUII%22%5D

Looks strange and does not exist in my lookup filter popup windows.

It could be something where the name of the record has some wierd encoding characters thate are messing up the URLm or it could be something else.

In order to find out for sure, I would need to see exactly what is happening and look at how the lookup filters are st up.

If you grant login access to support (described above), log a support case, and post the case number on this thread, I can take a look and see what is happening.

Thanks

Jay
