REQUEST_LIMIT_EXCEEDED

Hi Guys,
 
Have been getting REQUEST_LIMIT_EXCEEDED from Sunday 2 AM on my Dev environment. Wondering if there is weekly request limit aswell apart from there being a 24 Hr limit. As I presume the block should have been removed, as its way past 24 Hr from the first login failure.

The limit is a rolling 24 hour period.

Worst case scenario, should it not have been reset at 2 AM this morning?

If it started at 2am sunday, then worst case it wouldn't clear until 2am monday.

If you have a use case for needing more calls in your development org, please contact your account exec, or let us know, it's possible to raise the limit, but we'd like to first make sure you are making optimial use of the API calls (such as using the batch insert/update/delete), etc.

Does anyone know what the actual limit is per day?  And is the limit per login account, per organization?  Is this only in the developer accounts, or in the actual paid-user accounts as well?
