New fields of Opportunity doesn't dispaly on the custom reports?

I have created two new fields in the object Opportunity and I want that the reports which i have created earlier should show these two fields also. But i dont' know what is the problem the two new fields are not showing in the column selection step of Custom report generating?

Please somebody help me out on this its really urgent?
