Salesforce CTI x Asterisk Call Center

hello,

My company has an asterisk PBX and use the SalesForce EE, but did not find plugins to integrate the PBX with the Salesforce CRM.

Realized that the Salesforce do provide a toolkit to develop this integration, but to be faster: someone has developed something to integrate Salesforce CTI with Asterisk?

I await suggestions.

No one has yet developed an integration between Asterisk and Salesforce.com.  There are some who are currently exploring it, but none yet exist.

InGenius Connector for Salesforce does the job.  You can download and try it out at http://www.ingeniussoftware.com/ingenius/CRM/salesforce.asp.

Easy Office Phone has integration for hosted pbx and their virtual call center with sales force.  Its works with Aastra, Polycom and cisco phones as well as through a soft phone client.

This might be a bit late but Callinize, the software that Patrick stated above, is now called Tenfold. Supported Asterisk versions include Asterisk 1.6 – 1.8, Asterisk 11, Asterisk, 12, and Asterisk 13.
