Report type of Opportunity with opportunity products and custom object

 

    Is that possible to create a report template for 'opportunities with opportunity-products and another custom object' without creating relationship between opportunity product and custom object. 

 

  anybody have idea on this?

In my opinion, there is no other way to do this, you need to create relationship between both objects. Hope this helps.
