How can I display an Attachment on an Approval page Layout

I have created a Custom link on a detail page that links to the attachment but am unable to observe it on an Approval Page.

 

I tried to create a hyperlink which will link the attachment to the Approval page but it states that the cannot call the same object.

 

Please help on this....

If I cannot do the above, can i reference the custom link to any custom fieldon a detail page so that i can select the column while creating the Approval Page Layout.

ie; I need to create an Approval Page Layout wherein ther are fields such as Owner, Document Name, Campaign Name..and so on.

Now, i need to reflect a field which when selected reflects the Attachment of the Related List.
