Preventing Users from Downloading content from Libraries exposed in Customer Portal

Hello Everyone,

 

I am having a problem with preventing users from downloading the content files in Salesforce Library which are enabled for Customer Portal. I just want them to view the files without being able to download it. any help is appreciated.
