LaurentDel Profile permission for Manage on Custom Settings
Hi,
I would like to know the Profile permission for a User to be able to Manage a Custom Settings.
Right now my User can click on Manage, then New but when he clicks on Save this message appears:
Insufficient Privileges
You do not have the level of access necessary to perform the operation you requested. Please contact the owner of the record or your administrator if access is necessary.

I have seen this post. The VF page is a good idea, but I still don't understand why these standard feature doesn't work for normal logged-in Users...

Did you try setting Customize Application permission set to true in the USers profile?
Yes I did that's whay the User can actually click on Manage.
More information:
This is a regression that only happens since the UI update.
It doesn't happen if the user has Modify all data.
Quick update: Salesforce are working on a fix. No more news.
