HOW to control the visibility of pictures uploaded with Picture Uploader

HOW am I able to control the visibility of pictures uploaded with the App "Picture Uploader"?

The pictures are saved as attachments. Some users are not able to see my uploaded contact pictures! How can I make them visible to them?

Set "IsPrivate" field to "false" on attachment record.

 

This field indicates whether this record is viewable only by the owner and administrators (true) or viewable by all otherwise-allowed users (false).

Thank you for your effort, but the field IsPrivate is already set to "false". It has to be something else...
