Force.com IDE Plugin issue w/3.6.2

I'm wondering if anybody has come accross this and more importantly if there is a fix for this.

 

An error occurred while collecting items to be installed
session context was:(profile=epp.package.java, phase=org.eclipse.equinox.internal.p2.engine.phases.Collect, operand=, action=).
No repository found containing: osgi.bundle,org.apache.log4j,1.2.15.v201005080500
No repository found containing: osgi.bundle,org.eclipse.wst.css.core,1.1.402.v201102031915
No repository found containing: osgi.bundle,org.eclipse.wst.css.ui,1.0.502.v201101122002

This happens when I attempt to install the Force.com IDE plugin into Eclipse 3.6.2.  The OS is Linux 11.04 64 bit.

There's a mention about this in this article http://wiki.developerforce.com/index.php/Force.com_IDE_Installation_for_Eclipse_3.6

 

It says "Configure Eclipse to use your proxy server. These settings can be found in your Eclipse Preferences, under General > Network Connections."
