User-Profile

 

Hi All,

Hope all are doing well,

Actually i created a profile and also user , in user we will link the profile, so after selecting the created profile in user, i am unable to get the changes to the user which are described in respective profile, i am getting a message 

License Limit Exceeded
All of your user licenses are currently in use by active users. 
Can you guys please tell me the solution.

Go to Set, Administration Setup, Company Profile, Click on Company Information, then see how many remaining licenses are left... Sounds like you need to buy more.

 

Look at the licenses type you used for cloning if this is related to portal licenses.

Agree with Trimble, you need to check the licenses limit on your org. Also if you have some users of that license which are no more in use, then you can deactivate them and create new users on that profile.

I am satisfied with both of the developer suggestions. But i would like to add more suggestion on that:

 

More Knowledge about the "User License" please see the governs and limits of salesforce edition in that they explain about each edition user license.  For example:

 

If you working on Developer Edition it allows(licenses) only 2 Users.
