OAUTH 2.0 permission always asks

Hi,

 

I am creating my application on IOS in which I use OAUTH 2.0 for my authentication. However, when I close the application and open it again it always ask for permission and login. I want my application to behave just like the chatter mobile app. Is there anyway it can skip the permission process?
