Attacments related List on Leads

I need to add attchments to leads.  I do not see the related list?

 

What am I missing?

Go to Setup->Customize->Leads->Page Layouts and edit your page layout(s).  Click on Related Lists.  Add the Notes & Attachments related list to your page layout.  Save it, and go to a lead, and it will be there.
