Can I add static items in mail templates?

Hi all,

 

I would like to use common signature and reply to mail address in our salesforce org.

These are not related to recipients.

 

Are there any way to work out ?

Not sure I understand where you want the signature to display. Is it on the Mail Merge Template? Or on a regular Email Template?

 

You can add a signature that will display on all out going emails sent from each individual but editing the Email Settings; Setup>Personal Setup>Email>My Email Settings.

 

You can add the signature to the File you are using for the Mail Merge Template but will mean replacing what you have as the existing Mail Merge Template.

 

You can add the signature to any other template that will be used.

 

Explain further if this does not help.

Thank you for the reply.

 

I'm using Mail Merge Template...maybe.

Sorry, I don't know the English Name.

I'm using those template by using "Chose Template" button on send mail page.

 

I would like to use company-wide signature.

This signature is subject to change, so I would like to use it like a parameter.

 

What I would like to do:

-- save the signature in custom object "Parameter" ,for example

-- make Mail Template including the signature parameter

-- when I send mail, system change signature parameter into real signature saved in custom object parameter

 

If it is possible, I  can change all mails by changing "Parameter" object.

 

Is it possible??
