Best way to show custom label for a standard field...

Hello,

 

   We have a requirement where the Standard Fields of the Contact Object - OtherCity, OtherState, OtherCountry etc are required to be should with Custom Labels. What is the best way to achieve this?

 

Please note that we're required to show the new labels in the Site and not on SFDC tab. I know that the labels can be changed by traversing to "view/edit tabs > next" option but doing this does not affect the labels on the site!

 

Also there is no option to change the Label like we do on custom fields (By clicking on the Edit option next to the custom field).

 

Any help regarding this is much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
