Send Email in Customer Portal

Hi,

 

I am unable to see the 'Send Email' button on the Emails Related list on Case for Customer Portal. Please let me know the settings I am missing.

Hi,

 

Customer portal user cannot see neither Tasks nor Events. Even the Activity related lists are not displayed in portal for the customer portal user.

They cannot see tasks and events but can see Emails related list..

Is there any way to get a customer portal user to see a related list of tasks using a VF page or is technically impossible? Also, would it depend on the type of CP license?
