Rename Field Labels

I want to use the new Quotes feature as a way to enter orders. Is there any way I can rename fields such as Quote Name, Quote Number, Quote To, etc. to Order Name, Order Number, Order To, etc.?

Yes, once you enable Quotes, go here: Setup | Customize | Tab Names and Labels | Rename Tabs and Labels
