B2C Model

Does the current platform support the B2C model?  or even a B2B with multiple customers on the same org?

Hi ,

 

The current or default model will be B2B .

if u want B2C u need to contact salesforce support.

Once B2C is enabled you cant undo it.

Do you know what the licesnsing model is for a B2C model?

 

Also what changes when they flip it to a B2C model?
