Record display issue in lookup dialog
One record TEST is created by User U2 (profile - Demo) in the standard object Account and user U1 (profile - admin) is trying to create a record in Contact object and after clicking on the lookup field Account Name it doesn’t displays the record TEST created by User U2. Guide me where I am going wrong.
Thanks

Hello Friend,
In look up window which is opened on clicking lookup icon a search box would be there. In search box enter name of account , also you can use wild card character such as "*" or "%" and click on "Ok" you record would be searched and displayed. then select by clicking that record.
Thank You.
Hope this helps

Nothing wrong in it. When you click on lookup icon, screen displayed will show all recent record (visited by the present user) by default and not all records. If you need to get any specific record you need to enter it in search box.
This is native salesforce behavior. If you want to change this, you need to create a custom lookup (you can only do this on visualforce page). How to do this? Please visit :
