how to enable the Sharing button in my custom object?????

in my Org, I can't see a sharing button in my Custom object record, but I can see it enabled in page layout.Can you please tell me how to enable this one? 

 

And I can see a sharing button on my account object, and share a record.

If the default sharing for your custom object is public read/write sharing is disabled.

Also, sharing is disabled if the sharing model is set to "Controlled By Parent", which happens when you create a master-detail relationship.
