Limit Data in Related List

Hi, I would like to create a related list using a Look-Up field and would like to limit the objects in the list based on fields in both objects

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi, I was thinking that maybe a button to manually add the custom object to the related list would be the best way to do this, does anyone know if this is possible?
