Search Lookup Scope

Hi guys,

Campaign's Search Look up has the scope of the search.

 - My Active Campaign

 - My Campaign

 - All Active Campaign

 - All Campaign

I would like to use only All Active Campaign.

Can I hide other scopes?

I have another question.

I created a custom object called 'Interest' and the relationship between Lead and it.

'Interest' has a combo box "display" (show/hide).

"Show" means Active Interest.

When I search Interest from Lead page, I would like to display only "Show" Interest on search lookup.

Can I create the scope on search lookup  like campaign search lookup?

Thanks in advance,

astraea

Not sure what you mean by "Search lookup scope" but if you mean the List Views, My Active Campaigns, Active Campaigns and All Campaigns, that is displayed when you select the Campaign tab you can edit the list view and restrict who it is visible to.

Hii, MATTYBME

Thank you for your reply.

Sorry, I don't know that English name, so I couldn't write correctly.

When I click lookup button, new window "Search" is opend.

On Search window , there are "search" textbox and "Go!" button.

When I search Campaign, there is search scope combo box on the left side of search textbox.

Can I change this combo box? I would like to use only All Active Campagin.

And, another question is about custom object.

When I click lookup button, new window "Search" is opend.

But, this window don't have search scope combo box on the left side of search textbox.

Can I add combo box?

Thanks,

astraea

Sorry Astraea but I am still unclear where this "lookup button" is located. Is it on the Campaign Detail page, on the Campaign tab or List view, or is it on another Object like Opportunities?

Is it a lookup against a Field? If so what is the Field label name?

As soon as I know this I can help you further.

Hi MATTYBME,

I can see that button or icon(?) on New Campaign Member page.

I also can see other objects' pages.

It looks like magnifying glass icon.

Can I describe it?

I'm having the same issue with the campaign view.  Let me describe on where it is:

It's found when you want to attach a campaign to a contact.  So from the contact related lists, you click add to campaign, and then you're presented with a LOOKUP search for campaigns.  By default, the standard search searches "my active campaigns."  Ideally, I'd like to search (by default) "All Active Camapigns."  Is there a way to make this default, or hide the other option(s)?
