'Approval process' by a not salesforce's user

Hi,

 is there any way to approve an object from an email by a person being not a salesforce's user?

If you have Enterprise or better licence, you could write an email service in apex.

I don't understand you.

 

The problem is that i have an approval process on a custom object, and i need to define a step that must be approved by a person not having a salesforce's license.

What I meant is that it would be possible to create a customization to salesforce, written in the programming language Apex, that would serve this purpose.

 

If you're not already familiar with this technology, it's probably too steep a learning curve to solve this problem.
