What is a recommended de-duper that is simple to operate? For a mass upload into Sales Force , leads.

There are several and depending on how complex your rules are will depend on which one you need.

 

If your needs are super simple Dupe Eliminator by Salesforce is free, but not very powerful

If you have complex rules then DupeBlocker by CRM Fusion is great and well worth the money
