How to use Knowledge article?
Hi experts,
I'm trying to use Knowledge article in Salesforce which I'm using Developer account.
I cant find any step by step on how to enable the article tab.
P/s: In my Feature Licenses: Knowledge User is Active,

You can find a guide named "Salesforce Knowledge Implementation Guide". It's available from Help & Training. Please find the direct link to it : https://na1.salesforce.com/help/doc/en/salesforce_knowledge_implementation_guide.pdf. This guide explain each step to deploy Knowledge in your org.
Regarding your question, did you:
- Activate and Setup Knowledge in Setup Tree
- on Profile page, check View Articles is checked.

Thanks for the reply.
I downloaded the doc and trying it in new developer account. Its there.
However, the problem still remain in my old developer account.
In the Setup Tree, there is no knowledge child under customize.
Is my old account missing something?
