Is API version v18.0 generally available now?

Hi, Is API version v18.0 (Spring '10) GA yet? When I login my developer's account, the generated enterprise and partner WSDLs still show v17.0.

I also checked the status link at http://trust.salesforce.com/trust/status/#maint. The page shows Spring '10 maintenance windows around March 5, or 6. Does maintenance windows mean v18.0 GA or already GA-ed but in maintenance?

Thank you.

Spring '10 is released to some instances, but not all, the remaining instances will receive the spring '10 upgrade this upcomning weekend as detailed on the trust page.

I created a new dev org  on Friday, it's on NA7 which has been upgraded, and the partner WSDL shows a V18 enpoint.  If you need immediate access, you should be able to create a new DE which will (probably) land on NA7.

I don't know about everyone but the thing I'm waiting for is for the new IDE that will be launched next week.

NA3 instance is migrated to v18.0. According to http://trust.salesforce.com/trust/status/, all other instances should be migrated too by now.

Is there an official announcement from Salesforce.com for the general availability of API v18.0?

Thanks

v18 is available with Spring 10, no official announcement required.  There will be an announcement when the new IDE is released -- watch Force.com Blog.
