How to set leads default sort by column

Hello,

Does anyone know how to change the leads default sort by column in the default leads view?  Currently the default sort by defaults to  "Name".  What if I wanted to change this to "company"?  Is this possible?

thanks,

Mirko

Click on any column header to sort by that column, and a second time to reverse the sort (descending). The view will remember the last column you sorted by each time you enter the view.

You can only change the sort order on a list view, not the Leads tab itself.

Ok, let me correct myself.  I am using a custom view.  When I select the view, next to name column, there is a little arrow.

My question is:  Is there a way to change the little arrow to sort by a different field (other than the name field)?

thanks,
