Report Last Used Date

Is there a way i can find reports that have not been accessed in last n days?

Yeah, create a new report, then in the report type drop down, select "Administrative Reports."  From there, select Reports from the list.  From there, its pretty self explanatory; the Report record has a Last Run Date field in it, which you can filter to include/exclude only reports run in the last n days.
