Import article - 'CSV not found' error

Hi,

 

I am facing a problem while importing articles. Every time I am trying to import I am getting the error message as

'CSV file not found'. I have simple CSV structure. Can't find out how to resolve.

 

I need to upload some articles for my current project urgently. Any idea would be of great help.

First please do tell me what application or tool are you using for uploading your data or articles? Mostly whenever large amount of data say in thousands ( actually in excess of 50k but even for lesser data one can use) is to be uploaded we prefer data loader, where on logging in using {Username, Password and security token} one needs to select the action say insert in your case and then select the required object and then proceed to specify the location of source csv  file followed by giving the field mapping and last but not the least the location for generation of success and error files. Do let me know the details of what actually you are doing for a more precise answer.
