How do you set the hours that the Live Agent chat will be available on the website? We do not provide support 24 hours.
Hi Michael,
We currently do not have any option to customize the Business hours with Live Agent.
If Agents are available the "Chat Now" button will be available else it would be Greyed out.
You can have the Message displayed on your WebSite customizing your Web URL - HTML beside the Live Chat Button.
