Email log - For specific business

Hi All,

 

In my Production box, there are two business running currently and my team is developing a new business. Customer wants to check the emails sent via workflow. 

 

I suggested we can check that in Email log, ,but we can't able to filter the log with respect to the specific business. I analyzed from my side and I can't able to capture this. 

 

Would any one please help me on this!

Hi,

Salesforce has launched a new feature to copy all emails going out in BCC.

Hence, you can add your email address in BCC and you will get copied in all emails going out from production.

You can configure BCC from Administration Setup->Email Administration->Compliance BCC Email

whenver email is sent from workflow then you use some condition of any object. you can create record type on that object. and then can check based on record type that which email need to be sent
